Ciena Healthcare is a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation care. Based in Southfield, Michigan, with 32 skilled nursing Communities across the state and four Communities in Connecticut, Ciena Healthcare provides long-term care and short-term rehabilitative services to thousands of residents and patients on a daily basis.

Founded in 1998 to provide management services to seven skilled nursing facilities that had common ownership, Ciena Healthcare has grown into a dynamic organization that provides operational and regulatory oversight to all Ciena Communities by an experienced team of long-term care professionals, many of whom are recognized as leaders in our industry.
