Ciena Healthcare Management, Inc. is owned and operated by Mohammad Qazi, President/CEO. Ciena was formed in the Spring of 1999 to provide management support to long-term care facilities owned by Mohammad Qazi. Since then, it has grown from a four person team to an organization that provides support to facilities employing over 3,000 people and servicing over 2,500 residents and families.
