Courtney Manor, an HCAM “Facility of Excellence” Award recipient plus AHCA Bronze award winner, is a 112-bed skilled nursing community serving the residents of Michigan’s Thumb in Bad Axe with high quality short- and long-term care. Courtney Manor also has been awarded HCAM’s Volunteer of the Year and the Hero of Healthcare award.
Our facility has three separate focus groups:
- Short Term Skilled Rehabilitation for those who are looking to return home
- Long Term Skilled Services for those with ongoing health conditions
- Special Care Unit where the focus is on residents with memory impairments needing long term care services
