Built in 2008 and located in the beautiful community of Temperance, near the Ohio border, Hickory Ridge is a 74-bed short- and long-term skilled nursing community. With easy access to I-75 and U.S. 23, we service both the Temperance and Toledo areas with a state-of-the-art community featuring private and semi-private rooms, and a wide range of services promoting recovery and independence.
