Adjoining Ann Arbor’s beautiful Bluffs Park overlooking the Huron River, Regency at Bluffs Park was completely rebuilt in 2011. It is now one of the first certified “green” skilled nursing communities in Michigan per LEED standards. Bluffs Park offers both short- term and sub-acute care, specializing in Rehab to Home services. The professional staff is focused on providing compassionate services around the clock. Of the 71 beds, 33 are private suites (with personal bathrooms including showers) and 19 are semi-private rooms. Bluffs Park is conveniently located near M-14 and Main Street within close proximity to University of Michigan Hospitals and Veterans Hospital.
